Chart Bug Fixes + Send Pace Workouts to Zwift

Improvement
Fix

A couple of bug fixes and improvements.

Bug Fix Zoomed Segment

There was a bug in some situations that when you zoomed in on a chart in the analysis view of a workout it would not correctly show the metrics for the zoomed in section in the table.

Average Pace (Moving Time)

We've also update the new laps table to show both average speed/pace for moving time and the absolute average. This sorts out an inconsistency from what athletes were seeing in their Garmin dashboard vs Training Tilt. Garmin only shows the average for moving time and we were only showing the absolute average. We will now show both as long as the lap data actually includes moving time e.g from Garmin workouts.

Send Planned Pace, Power or HR or RPE Workouts to Zwift

You can now send any type of intensity workout to Zwift for running and cycling as long as they either have a duration in time or distance. You can also include "Open" intensity intervals.

For running the most accurate will be pace intervals and for Cycling the most accurate is power. For all other intensities we attempt to estimate and convert based on the athletes thresholds and training zones.

Additionally Zwift only supports time based intervals so we convert any distance based intervals to an estimated time based on the athletes pace or speed training zones and threshold values.
