Ideas
Submit IdeaAbility to see the athlete's wellness data
HR, HRV, hours and quality of sleep, etc. It would help me as a coach to better understand my athlete's performance and compliance and have more meaningful touch points.

Add the current "Client Notes" feature to the mobile app
Currently client notes can only be used on the web app. This is a popular feature with our coaches and needs to be available in the mobile apps so it's more easily accessible. This will likely improve the adoption of this feature for clients and result in better communication between clients and coaches.

Training zones default for coaches
Possibility to set up default zones for coaches and just choose them for new clients to have it auto-calculated. New client, just enter his FTP or threshold heart rate and chose default cycling or running zones and voila, no need to type it in again and again all the time

Make the work on calendar with workouts more fluid
What I mean, make more things possible without opening something to do it. Example: You can move a workout to another day by dragging it but have to open a menu to copy it. Why not hold the shift button and drag it to copy? You can mark a week but it would be cool to mark a specific number of days fast and easy, for example to copy Friday - Sunday to 2 weeks later. Deleting workouts, why not just drag them off the calendar to delete instead using the menu ;-)

Click to Complete from Calendar view
Hi Cam, Can we have an addition to the calendar screen, so as to right click on a session and click Complete? Rather than having to open the day, go to the session, then click the complete button? I do a lot of sessions that aren't paired with Strava, like mindset sessions, etc. Thanks Hobbit.

Indicate visibility status on calendar
An icon or shading on the calendar to highlight the days visible to the athlete would be a great addition allowing the coach to see at a glance what an athlete can see without needing to double check settings. Even better the option to toggle visible or not directly on the calendar, maybe being able to make key workouts visible well ahead of time (such as assessments) without having to reveal all workouts.

Sent Messages / bulk emails
When we use the messaging tab and select bulk email to send a message as far as I can see once sent there is no sign of them within training tilt. Shouldn't there be the option to view them again after sending as there is for submitted forms with a button to view them?

Auto generate workout description from structured workout details
It would be very time saving if when I manually create a structured workout I could click a button and the text description would be auto generated from the details in the workout. This would be a very beneficial assistant coach feature to have.

Bug with creating / scheduling workouts
I have a longstanding issue when creating workouts in the calendar, particularly when using the beta workout builder. When I click on the calendar to add a workout the page opens. I then give the workout a name, type and description and click save before selecting "Build workout Beta" and building the workout. When I then save and close after building the workout more often than not the name, type and description of the workout will have reverted to default and will need re-entering. When I then save and close after re-entering this the calendar will not have the updated workout info until I refresh the browser and even then sometimes I have to go back in and re-enter the Workout name, type and description as they will have defaulted to standard again. To avoid this I currently Click to add workout Name it, select type and write a description Save and then close (save and close rarely saves it) refresh browser Go back into the workout and select build workout beta Build the workout and save and then close refresh browser double check all info correct This basically doubles the time required to build the workout but if I do not follow this I often find the info is not saved and I have to re-edit the workout.

Combine client communication into a single split screen
Each morning/evening I log on and check my clients workouts and also check for feedback, notes left, comments in a social wall etc which involves navigating to the clients dashboard, checking feedback, then back to dashboard and checking notes, then into the social page etc. It would be much easier and more efficient if when loading the coach dashboard, where it currently shows the summary of the selected client on the right hand side and the performance charts it also showed a summary to include all communications or interactions the client has made since the coach last logged on. For example: A feedback summary Notes that they have left Summary of comments made in social pages List of events added Any changes they have made to zones or profile (such as weight). This would allow a very quick overview of communication with the client without having to click multiple tabs.

Structure for building strength workouts
Idea is to keep the strength workouts in a structured form as well instead of just adding things in terms of description. Whenever strength workout is selected as a type, there should be change appearing on screen while adding workout like rows and columns. Rows will be for each exercise details Columns can be -Exercise name (where there should be the ability to select particular exercise added centrally either in library or in videos whatever it can be) -Sets -Rep count (there should be the ability to set this reps based on either counter as 1-20 or something and also the ability to set them based on the duration like 10 secs of particular exercise or 30 secs of particular exercise) -Rest ratio between each set and between variation of exercises Time under tension This could be used for any type of workouts like strength, mobility, yoga, flexibility, etc.

Performance Management Chart
A Chart to show training stress. The chart would compare fatigue, fitness and form to give coaches and athletes an idea of how their training load is tracking. These types of charts are a useful tool, however should only ever be used as part of determining appropriate work and rest for an athlete

Folders for Training Plans
This would be helpful to reduce the clutter of having all training plans in one big alpha-ordered list. The coach could then place plans in created folders tailored to their coaching, ie. 5K Plan folder, 10K Plan folder, Marathon Plan folder. It will allow for quicker access and just better organization.

Better messaging using audio, video, text, content and training data
Imagine a place within Training Tilt where you can text, send audio, or video messages (even record you screen) to your athletes. You can even drag and drop content from your library right into the chat including planned and completed workouts and training data. We think this would be a great feature and asset to the platform, a truly integrated messaging system with your athletes their data and your content

Tracking of a women's menstrual cycle
These areas are really important to the women athletes I train and it would be cool to be able to track, a. then I can give them harder or easier workouts depending on where they are more beneficial in their cycle. Would be happy to collab you on this as I am taking a Course with Stacy Sims in November on the topic. Just a thought Cam. Maree L
