  1. Days in past and future dropdown for Performance Management Chart

Make it faster to select a future date for the PMC chart so that estimated load scoring is easy to get to show future values. Solutions would be to add an option in the dropdown of preset date ranges that shows a date range into the future past. A more advanced option would be to plot the PMC chart into the future with it's own date range by default and break it's link from using the same date range as the historic training data.

  2. Decoupling

It would be great if we could see an athletes decoupling value (hr:w) to make assumptions about their aerobic fitness after key endurance bike sessions

  3. iCal Link for events calendar so people can subscribe to the calendar in their own personal calendars

iCal is a technology that lets people add external calendars to their own calendars like Google and Outlook etc. This makes it easier for people to keep up to date with any events coaches have added to their events calendar.

  4. Use AI or Algorithm to track threshold changes for cycling and running out of training data

I think this is a really useful thing, and it is already out there in several ways on the market. The idea is to give the coach a hint that an athlete's threshold value may no longer be accurate. For example, you have a cyclist, and know his 20-minute best is 300 watts. In a race, he does this for 30 minutes, and then you get information and maybe a suggestion of a new value. You can maybe get information about how long he can ride (or run) it, which is helpful, too, as it differs from athlete to athlete. Or, you can track the CP curve for a relatively short period and run a model to look for changes there.

  5. Ability to write a short note at the start of each training week

In calender view, it would be helpful to have a better overview of the athlete's plan. Where we currently see the weekly training load in time, distance and ES, the coach could write a short note (visible to the coach only) like "recovery week", "tapering week" "race week" etc.

  6. Option to receive periodic notification summary

At present we are able to simply turn notifications for various aspects (such as note left or workout completed) on or off. This can result in lots of notifications each day which in my case causes my email provider to treat them as spam periodically blocking them before allowing them again the next month (even though added to whitelist). In many cases it is not necessary to be notified immediately as many coaches tend to have a routine where they will check on their athletes at particular times during the day. Adding the option to receive each notification individually or as part of a daily summary could reduce this. So for example rather than notification on or off we could have off/on/summary with the summary sent out at the end of each day detailing all notifications set to this option, this would reduce the number of emails sent/received and the number of notifications a coach gets saving time and resources.

  7. WΒ΄in a power graph (W prime)

WΒ΄is a great add to a power graph to see how hard the athlete is going and how he is developing. For example those intervals, we can see that 8 at around 430 watt were enough, over the time the WΒ΄line should maybe stay higher and shows us that the athlete has not to go that deep as before

  8. Cadence without zeros

A great option for a deeper and easy insight to see the average cadence for a whole workout or a part of it without zeros to compare

  9. Option to exclude completed workout from performance metric

Sometimes an athlete forgets to stop their watch at the end of an activity resulting in inaccurate data or select the wrong activity type etc, additionally sometimes devices glitch such as cadence lock etc. It would be beneficial to be able to select to exclude a workout from performance charts to prevent these anomalies being included in the results.

  10. Structure for building strength workouts

Idea is to keep the strength workouts in a structured form as well instead of just adding things in terms of description. Whenever strength workout is selected as a type, there should be change appearing on screen while adding workout like rows and columns. Rows will be for each exercise details Columns can be -Exercise name (where there should be the ability to select particular exercise added centrally either in library or in videos whatever it can be) -Sets -Rep count (there should be the ability to set this reps based on either counter as 1-20 or something and also the ability to set them based on the duration like 10 secs of particular exercise or 30 secs of particular exercise) -Rest ratio between each set and between variation of exercises Time under tension This could be used for any type of workouts like strength, mobility, yoga, flexibility, etc.

  11. Performance Management Chart

A Chart to show training stress. The chart would compare fatigue, fitness and form to give coaches and athletes an idea of how their training load is tracking. These types of charts are a useful tool, however should only ever be used as part of determining appropriate work and rest for an athlete

  12. Folders for Training Plans

This would be helpful to reduce the clutter of having all training plans in one big alpha-ordered list. The coach could then place plans in created folders tailored to their coaching, ie. 5K Plan folder, 10K Plan folder, Marathon Plan folder. It will allow for quicker access and just better organization.

  13. Better messaging using audio, video, text, content and training data

Imagine a place within Training Tilt where you can text, send audio, or video messages (even record you screen) to your athletes. You can even drag and drop content from your library right into the chat including planned and completed workouts and training data. We think this would be a great feature and asset to the platform, a truly integrated messaging system with your athletes their data and your content

  14. Tracking of a women's menstrual cycle

These areas are really important to the women athletes I train and it would be cool to be able to track, a. then I can give them harder or easier workouts depending on where they are more beneficial in their cycle. Would be happy to collab you on this as I am taking a Course with Stacy Sims in November on the topic. Just a thought Cam. Maree L

  15. Make it faster and easier to comment on workouts in the mobile app

Currently there a few steps/clicks for coaches and athletes to be able to comment on completed workouts. This should be easier to access and faster to achieve to promote better communication between coaches and athletes
