  1. If I disable the public website, give me an option to include my own website address, which would update the client navigation.

How it works now? If I disable the public website option in the platform settings, within the client experience the navigation will keep the "website" option however the link is blank. If clicked, this just refreshes the user to the default screen, eg; Dashboard. What might be better? When I am disabling the public website option, it would be ideal to let me enter in my own website link. This then could be updated within the client experience. Therefore, taking them to my preferred website rather than just refreshing to the default screen. Or, an alternative an simpler option could be, if I have disabled the public website option, then hide the link within the client experience navigation. Why is this better? Firstly, it prevents the client from having a unexpected or disappointing experience when clicking on the Website link in their navigation. If it refreshes without any change, then they might think they've done something wrong.

  2. Add a "load" calculation similar to TSS

Although a metric like TSS is not necessarily an accurate metric in isolation. In terms of being able to determine an athlete's current status when combined with a coaches experience and personal knowledge about individual athletes can be very useful. We do get requests for this type of feature on a regular basis so have always wanted to add it to the system. This is still something we'd like to implement but is not currently a priority ahead of our other planned features. If you'd like to see this added to the platform please vote for it! Thanks! Cam

  3. Folders for Training Plans

This would be helpful to reduce the clutter of having all training plans in one big alpha-ordered list. The coach could then place plans in created folders tailored to their coaching, ie. 5K Plan folder, 10K Plan folder, Marathon Plan folder. It will allow for quicker access and just better organization.

  4. Import Structured Workouts

We want to add the ability to import structured workouts that are exported as files from other platforms. Handy for coaches who use more than one coaching system or a migrating from another platform. The initial release will be probably ZWO (Zwift) and FIT (Garmin) file formats. Instead of having to build a structured workout manually you will be able to import a file and the workout will be generated automatically.

  5. Add perceived effort to workouts

PE is a common and useful measure for coaches to both prescribe workouts and for athletes to feed back on completed workouts. We plan to add these as a prescription field but also a feed back field so both planned PE and actual PE can be measured

  6. Library for S&C exercises.

Related to my other post on S&C this would be like session library for bike, run etc, but would enable multiple exercises to be inputted to a session to build the S&C session.

  7. Calendar Appointment Booking

Many of our coaches need to book one on one appointments with their clients. Some handle this manually going back and forth with email, others use tools like Calendly so it's mostly automated in terms of matching available slots and can be integrated with platforms like Zoom. This is a feature that could get very complicated with linking to calendars to automatically determine availability. Our version would be very simple at least to start with. The ability for the coach to create availability slots and for someone to book them which would then block off that time, then send an meeting request to both parties via email. Later on we might implement automatic availability by reading the coaches Google calendar and also Integrating with Zoom to automatically generate meeting links.

  8. Make it faster and easier to comment on workouts in the mobile app

Currently there a few steps/clicks for coaches and athletes to be able to comment on completed workouts. This should be easier to access and faster to achieve to promote better communication between coaches and athletes

  10. Allow coaches and clients to record video messages to send to each other

Video is a great way to quickly and clearly communicate detailed information to clients and vice versa. We have the opportunity to integrate a video and screen recording platform into our messaging tools in Training Tilt. We think this would be a great feature and asset to the platform. Coaches could record their screen and themselves via a web cam at the same time. A great use case for this would be a coach working through a clients completed workout while screen recording the data charts and have a small video of themselves in the corner of the video at the same time.

  11. Allow for multiple versions a structured workout per workout

Some athletes have power where some use HR or Pace/Speed. It would be great to be able to have multiple versions of a structured workout so an athlete could choose which one suits them based on the equipment they have. Currently to make this work coaches are creating multiple versions of the workout itself but that adds complications to how to prescribe the workouts in training plans and athlete calendars. Coaches need to know who has access to what etc or drag two versions of the same workout onto the calendar which is not ideal.

  12. Strength & Conditioning Planning

Most of us include some form of gym wok in programmes but, none of the current platforms facilitate a means of writing programmes in a neat way. Spreadsheets are what it nearly always boils down to. We down usually need something too complicated Exercise, sets, reps, resistance, recovery URL for video of exercise and text box for instructions. Then a means to quickly add what the athlete has done. Appreciate this is not a simple as it sounds but it would be awesome and fill a hole.

  13. Ability to customize the colors of different workout types

It would be great for coaches to be able to configure their own color scheme for the different workout types they use. This would make it possible to color code the default workout types but also create your own custom workout types and color code those. For example you may wish to create custom workout types for different intensity runs like "Easy Run", "Tempo Run" etc all with a different color code.

  14. Automatically hyperlink videos and other urls in the description of a workout

Often coaches paste in links to resources that exist on web pages like youtube videos etc. These currently just show as plain text but would be a better experience for clients if they were automatically turned into clickable URL's

  15. Force update to training plans and athlete calendar workouts when updating source library workout

Often coaches develop and change their principles around training at which point they like to update their workout library. When they currently update their library titles, description and volumes are not pushed out automatically to any training plans or athlete calendars that also feature the workouts. This feature involves having an option to force an update to all workouts in existing template training plans or workouts on client calendars (in the future) to also reflect those changes. This will be an optional change. e.g when saving a workout in the library coach will be prompted to force the change on all training plans and athlete workouts at the same time
