You can now copy and paste weeks, days, or workouts between different training plans and athlete calendars.
That means:
✅ Copy a week from an athlete’s calendar and paste it into another athlete’s plan.
✅ Move parts of your template plans around without rebuilding everything.
✅ Save time creating and adjusting your training plans.
It’s a simple change that makes a big difference for busy coaches.
